These terms govern use of the TradiX website and platform, operated from Victoria, Australia ("TradiX", "we"). By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your business.
Trials and early-access workspaces are free, need no credit card, and can be walked away from at any time. We may adjust or end trial features as the product develops — we'll tell you before anything affecting your data changes.
Paid plans are billed monthly (or annually where offered) at the flat team-band price shown on our pricing page, plus GST. Every feature is included on every plan. There is no lock-in contract: cancel any time and your subscription ends at the close of the billing period. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change, which applies from your next billing period — never retroactively.
Your business's data — jobs, customers, forms, photos, timesheets — belongs to your business. You can export it at any time (reports, CSV, accounting exports), and we'll assist with a full export if you leave. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Use the platform lawfully and only for your business operations. Don't attempt to breach security, resell access, or upload content that's unlawful or infringes others' rights. Employers are responsible for how their team uses features affecting staff (timesheets, clocked-in location) and for meeting their own workplace-law obligations.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and outages, bugs and maintenance windows happen. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The platform is a record-keeping and workflow tool: responsibility for the accuracy of quotes, safety documents, compliance submissions and work performed stays with your business.
