TradiX ("we", "us") is an Australian field-service management platform, operated from Victoria, Australia. Contact: info@tradix.com.au.
From website visitors and trial/early-access registrants: the details you submit in our forms — name, business name, email, phone, trade type, crew size, and what software you currently use — plus standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).
From customers using the TradiX platform: account details for your business and staff (names, contact details, roles), and the operational data your business enters — jobs, customers, quotes, forms, photos, timesheets, stock and vehicle records. This data belongs to your business; we process it to provide the service.
To provide and improve the service; to set up your workspace and respond to your enquiries; to send service messages and, where you've registered interest, updates about TradiX (you can opt out any time); and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
The platform's live team map shows the location of workers only while they are clocked in, as configured by their employer. Employers are responsible for telling their staff about this feature; workers' locations are not tracked outside work sessions.
Data is stored with reputable cloud hosting providers using encryption in transit. Access is restricted by role-based permissions. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We share data only with service providers needed to run TradiX (hosting, email delivery, payment processing when you become a paying customer) and where required by law. Your accounting exports go where you send them (e.g. Xero or QuickBooks).
Email info@tradix.com.au to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close an account and export your data. We respond within a reasonable time, and you can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au) if you're not satisfied with our response.
